Terms of Leasing at the Preserve

A 75$ application fee will start the process. First and last month's rent with a security deposit equal to 1-month's rent is required before moving in. All leases are for a minimum of 12 months and there is no smoking or pets allowed. If you would like us to email you a link to an on-line application, please submit request on our contact page.
